Our logo is that of a snake eating its tail. Since 1400 BC, the symbol called the Ouroboros
has been used to signify unity, cyclicity, and infinity. It has been seen over the past 5,000
years as this symbol, and I find it to be the exact image to relay the concept that I am trying to
impart within my planning ideology.
I believe that within the financial and risk markets, history should be focused on greatly.
The statement that history repeats itself is one that I feel is somewhat too nebulous and vague.
In my mind and similarly with respect to the ouroboros. Everything operates in an ebb and flow,
in a cyclical and continuing cycle that we can glean and learn impactful lessons from.
My goal with Cuellar Capital Strategies and Cuellar Capital Advisory is to bring unity to the major
and impactful aspects of finance and risk management. To take a boutique and bespoke approach
to solving problems that are impactful to our clients, as well as making sure I am not only thinking ahead
but remembering what has happened before.
In our culture, advisor means so many different things, but I like to think about where the word originally came from, which was the older French verb "aviser" to give an opinion, which comes from the older Latin "mi est visum" meaning in my view. Which is exactly what I strive to do for my clientele, offering my expert view in the most important aspects of their financial life. Whether it be in risk, wealth, insurance, or asset. I plan to be there to aid.
